Training for health care workers of pilot regions

Training for health care workers of pilot regions will be held on 25-27 of March in Kiev within the framework of Component 1 of “Mother and child health” Programme.

The aim of the training is learning of rayon specialists to providing of educational service for pregnant women and their families in “Schools of responsible parenting”. Qualitative realization of this service is had an effect on: positive dynamics of characteristics, related to perinatal health, in particular, increasing of quantity of natural deliveries; increasing of quantity of partner deliveries; improving of characteristics, related to breast-feeding and development of first year child.

Training will be held by experts of Component 1 – Babich T. Y., Doctor of Medicine, Head of the East Center of breast feeding support, and Bratus I. V., Doctor of Pedagogy, perinatal psychology.
